Job Description

We are looking to add a Sr. Smartsheet Consultant to join our growing team. This role will partner with our valued clients to help guide them in meeting their project requirements, implementing robust Smartsheet solutions, and maximizing the value from their software investment. This role is full-time employment, and the work can be performed remotely (US-based only).

The ideal candidate has a strong background and experience in Project Management and hands-on experience with Smartsheet development and implementation.

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert to lead consulting engagements with clients, having a solid understanding of and hands-on experience with Smartsheet functionality and models in both functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and support Smartsheet applications, including workflows, template sheets, roll-up reports, and KPI dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet Control Center implementation.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) experience and ability to manage full life-cycle project implementations from inception through delivery.
  • Business Analysis experience to conduct assessments and gap analysis of existing clients' as-in and to-be processes and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct assessment and gap analysis (may also include maturity assessment) of the organization’s current/future state of the project, program, and/or portfolio management and build a road map of short-term/long-term goals.
  • Prepare and present training materials.
  • Ability to simultaneously execute multiple roles individually, including Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Smartsheet Consultant.
  • Proven track record to tactically manage projects through to delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with Smartsheet as a power user, administrator, or developer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT/Business industry work experience with a focus on project/program management and PMO job functions.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment to promote and improve team performance.
  • Passion for working with leading-edge, cloud technologies and a desire to understand Smartsheet’s benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements.
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis.
