Our client develops software for pharmaceutical companies. This role is remote.
Software Architect Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
- Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
- Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow.
- Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.
- Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines.
- Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals.
- Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years’ experience in the software field
- Familiar with object-oriented languages such as .NET/.NET Core / MVC/JavaScript
- GIT/AZURE/Cloud Technologies
- Experience organizing software sprints
- Familiar with using SQL Relational Databases such as Oracle and SQL Server DB
- Familiar with DevOps principles and tools.
These are nice to have
- Knowledgeable about current software design patterns when to apply them
- Utilizes agile methodology
- This position will require hand-owns programming
- Work well within a team
