Our client is headquartered in New Jersey.  They are a leading provider of operations execution software for the Aerospace and Industrial markets. By using a proprietary software solution that optimizes flow throughout the value stream, minimizing inventory levels while increasing product output, is growing fast in today's situation of challenging supply chains. 

Overview 

The development team is building its second major application release, to deliver actionable business intelligence through a completely rewritten interface.  Designed as a SaaS platform and hosted in Azure; our application uses an n-tier architecture: an Angular SPA front-end, C#/.NET Web API, and an MS SQL data-tier.

What You’ll Do 

• Focus primarily on API and database development 

• Manage our data flows and database models. 

• Support and refine our ETL procedures to improve robustness 

• Collaborate closely with other team members in Agile fashion. 

• Write readable and testable code across the API and database tiers. 

• Identify quality & performance issues, and drive changes to minimize them. 

• Identify security issues, and implement solutions 

• Possible light travel to customer locations 

Experience 

• 3+ yrs hands-on .NET & C# development experience 

• 3+ yrs hands hands-on MS SQL Server & SSIS 

• 3+ yrs hands hands-on Entity Framework 

• 3+ yrs hands-on with source code management 

• Experience with .NET Core Identity and Identity Server 

• Experience refactoring code to improve performance 

• Experience with Azure DevopsDevOps workflow tracking 

• Experience with Manufacturing & Manufacturing systems a plus
