Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively and effectively communicate with other members of the development and product teams to understand user and business requirements
• Work individually and with your team to design, build, test and deliver technology to meet those requirements
• Be part of a team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, based on the Product team’s roadmap and direction
• Be responsible for the full stack including front-end and back-end web development
• Use your experience with service-oriented architectures, front end frameworks, API integrations, and component-based development
• Be methodical and focus on solving the particular problem, without going down every rabbit hole that reveals itself along the way
• Be a team player, willing to be held accountable as well as to hold others accountable in a constructive way
• Solid understanding of OOP and willing to learn

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Implement software solutions
• Review other developers’ code
• Programming
• Data Modeling

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures
• Have the ability communicate clearly and attend team meetings
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Manage data integrations with third-party data services
• Ability to work in a 24/7 uptime codebase environment
• Ability to work with your product team to proactively identify problems and make a technical suggestion on requirements

Experience with:

• REST API Development
• Javascript / ES6
• Relational Data (MySql)
• Software Integration
• JIRA or similar
• n-tier, SOA, and micro-services architectures
