Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively and effectively communicate with other members of the development and product teams to understand user and business requirements
- Work individually and with your team to design, build, test and deliver technology to meet those requirements
- Be part of a team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, based on the Product team’s roadmap and direction
- Be responsible for the full stack including front-end and back-end web development
- Use your experience with service-oriented architectures, front end frameworks, API integrations, and component-based development
- Be methodical and focus on solving the particular problem, without going down every rabbit hole that reveals itself along the way
- Be a team player, willing to be held accountable as well as to hold others accountable in a constructive way
- Solid understanding of OOP and willing to learn

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers

- Review other developers’ code

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures
- Have the ability communicate clearly and attend team meetings
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Manage data integrations with third-party data services
- Ability to work in a 24/7 uptime codebase environment
- Ability to work with your product team to proactively identify problems and make a technical suggestion on requirements
Experience with:
- REST API Development
- Javascript / ES6
- Relational Data (MySql)
- Software Integration
- JIRA or similar
- n-tier, SOA, and micro-services architectures
