The right candidate will be part of the fabric of the sales process and play a key role in winning new customers and expanding our footprint in the current customer base. The Compliance Services lead will help drive thought leadership by shaping the service offerings our client brings to market to enable healthcare customers to significantly increase agility, innovation, and operational excellence while maintaining world-class security and compliance in the public cloud.
Role Requirements:
- Establish and grow the Compliance Services practice through thought leadership, repeatable offerings, scalable delivery models, and successful customer outcomes.
- Represent Client as a Healthcare Compliance subject matter expert in cloud technology (AWS/Azure/GCP) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA), supporting in-depth discussions with decision-makers
- Design, sell, and deliver service engagements that meet customers’ needs and help them achieve desired benefits in the public cloud
- Collaborate with customers on the best product and/or service that best fulfills their needs
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies; and pursuing self-paced learning
- Collaborate and participate in organizational meetings and workshops with prospects/customers, sales, services, product, operations, finance, marketing, company executives, and others as required
- Travel (roughly 35%)
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- Deep technical understanding of two or more of the following (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Subject matter expertise in Healthcare compliance, application to the public cloud, and remediation
- Experience defining a compliance service offering and building a team to deliver the offering
- Experience working within the Healthcare industry
- Experience working in a bonus or commission-based role
- Strong peer relationship management
Experience:
Must have experience in the following areas:
- Healthcare compliance and best practices, engineering with compliance in mind, helping customers design and deliver roadmaps to achieve and maintain compliance
- Healthcare security and privacy expertise
- AWS, Azure and GCP
- Healthcare or similarly regulated industry
- Coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously
- Practical experience in design, operations, implementation and/or migration of workloads to the public cloud
- Professional services sales and engagement delivery
- Experience leading and growing a team
- Strategic, analytical experience, possessing 10 or more years of relevant experience
