The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business for our client, a medical services company located in Houston. The position will include outbound calling, as well as fielding inbound sales opportunities (telephone and website inquiries). An ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and the drive to be successful. This is an on-premise position located in South Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a standard sales process and generate new business daily
- Make 150-200 prospecting calls per week
- Report activity on a daily/weekly basis to the Team Leader/Director of Sales
- Create and manage an organized call plan for daily sales activities
- Continue education and attend company-provided trainings
- Additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years sales experience (inside/outside)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- B2B Sales
- Contract negotiation
- Identify services to best meet the client’s needs
- Organizational skills for pipeline management, account management, and customer retention
- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug screen and reference check
