Role:
- Collaborative business partner reporting into CEO and while leading and driving all HR functions to include HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Field HR Managers and Directors.
- Supports a divisional model as the organization transitions the structure and positions itself for significant growth both domestically and internationally
- Act as ambassador and facilitator to changes in policy and procedures
- Impacting and driving culture as the organization continues to transform and grow with new structure and platform
- Manage planning and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as well as post-merger integration across the organization
- Act as leader and collaborative business partner reporting into CEO
- Supports divisional model as an organization transitions structure
- Act as ambassador and facilitator to changes in policy, procedures to employees and operational leaders
- Oversee small corporate team of specialized leaders and field HR managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related with a MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in an HR leadership role in multi state, and within a private equity environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- Experience managing union sites a strong plus
- Ability to travel 10%
