Our client is a software company in the healthcare space and is searching for a Senior Product Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for defining product roadmap enhancements and will work closely with the executive team, Product Development and Marketing to enhance the product. This position reports to the Director of Product Management.

Job Responsibilities

• ;Write user stories, sketch a wireframe, produce a roadmap, drive a release schedule, and keep the teams focused and on track
• Gather customer and user requirements from core market segments
• Develop a roadmap that engages current customers and expands the market• Design requirements for cross-functional engineering, data, & design team• Manage an agile backlog and lean UX process
• Drive on-time delivery of features and client implementations
• Evaluate the success of the product features through rigorous user testing and analytics
• Present successes and failures to senior management, identifying product opportunities and areas for improvement Required

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Healthcare• Familiar with agile development practices
• Ability to align product direction with company revenue goals
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Solid interpersonal skills required to facilitate positive working relationships with customers and business partners, software engineering, sales and implementation teams. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience working with Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Master's Degree in IT, Business Management, or Healthcare
