By using AI, the TalentCapture recruiting platform connects employers with the best specialty recruiters and provides the tools to effectively evaluate, and engage third-party recruiters and their candidates under a single contract. Previous experience in sales and appointment setting is crucial for this role

The TalentCapture recruiting sales consultant's objective is to ensure high success rates for both employers and recruiters. There is an unlimited commission in the role and an outstanding opportunity. This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

This position pays a high commission rate. There will also be an opportunity for a high achiever to earn shares in the company ownership.


  • Direct sales to employers with account management of customers
  • Set up and give demos to prospects and follow up. Close deals.
  • Forming strategic partnerships with hiring managers to determine talent acquisition needs
  • Participating in weekly recruitment meetings, conference calls, focusing on finding solutions for difficult positions and managing client results
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers and agency recruiters to ensure success


  • Previous experience in selling recruiting or staffing services
  • Proven track record and experience managing relations with customers
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, focused and organized
  • Passionate about life, an optimist and someone who is trustworthy and takes personal responsibility
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
